Clean pleasant family owned hotel not in the middle of the city. I kept extending my stay until I found a rental space. I stayed here for 20 days until I found a place to move into. It’s in a nice safe neighborhood. Plenty of parking. You can go on walks it has a lake nearby. My room was spacious and clean. I had everything I needed while I was here. They have a community kitchen where you can cook. Filled with pots and pans, utensils, toaster, fridge etc. in case you stay longer. The rooms have very comfortable beds had very nice soft sheets. I highly recommend Twin Lakes Inn. If you are conscious eater breakfast may be good to skip. I’m glad they have organic teas and honey. Breakfast is simple and you get choices like muffins, sweets, oatmeal, toasts with butter, honey and marmalade. There is creamer and milk in the fridge for your coffee. Big corporation food expect tea and honey. If you eat mindlessly breakfast will be satisfying. 😉 Thank you Twin Lakes Inn. Book with confidence. Many Blessings

It was nice and roomy, and the staff were excellent! Everything was clean, and the breakfast was fine for us - yogurt, banana , mini danish, cereals and oatmeal - I didn't explore further. The bed was very comfy! Decent coffee in the room as well as in the breakfast room. The man at the front desk was very nice and helpful with ideas of where to hike, and on the last day, the woman was also very helpful. We didn't use them but washers and dryers were available - nice touch when hiking a lot!

The hotel owners, brothers, were very amiable. I liked that the room was so big. My friend and I could actually walk about and sit on a couch, and write out our postcards on a small table. Other luxury hotels just had two beds and a little walkway in between the beds and dressers, and only one chair, when there were two of us. It was clean. I kind of missed having a rug on the floor, but the floor was clean. I just wore shoes. The bathroom was fine but . . . (see what I didn't like).

The location was great. You almost felt like you were in a park. There were walking trails as well as a community of houses that with nice sidewalks. It is about 15 minutes from downtown Boulder. The staff were very friendly & most helpful. The Continental breakfast was about what you would expect but the fresh fruit, freshly made hard boiled eggs & very fresh muffins were an upgrade.

The room was very spacious and clean. The bed and pillows are very comfortable. It's a 15-minute drive to downtown, so it's less convenient (but to be fair, the price is way more affordable than hotels close to downtown as well). On the other hand, it's right next to a beautiful lake-side park and great for a pleasant walk. Also, it is very close to some good brewery.
